Designed for low temperature incubation and routine determination of Bio-chemical oxygen demand (B.O.D). This unit is composed for triple walled chamber with a thick layer of fine glass wool to prevent loss of heat. For lower temperature work a cooking unit is provided at the lower portion of the working chamber and heating arrangement has been made in the inner chamber for work at higher temperature. The temperature various from 50C to 500C adjustable at any desired point by means of a hight precision double action thermo regulator within the variation of +0.50C. Air ciculation fan has been provided to keep the temperature uniform inside the chamber. Inner chamber is fabricated from thick aluminium anodized shelves are provided.

Toggle switch, temperature controller cum. Indicator and indicating lamps are located on the instrument for easy handling and visibility. Complete with automatic internal light, connecting cord and plug to work on 220 Volts A/C.

Laboratory Hot Plates are available in round and rectangular shapes. Body is fabricated out of thick mild steel sheet, duly finished in stove enamel paint. The Hot Plate made of cast iron, nicely and precisely machined & smoothed duly finished with heat resistant black paint, is firmly mounted on the body. Body is made of one piece aluminium sheet and is logged with special glass wool. The panel is provided with on-off switch, energy control knob and pilot lamp. The unit is meant for quick and through mixing of liquids in test tubes, small flasks or bottles. The mixer consists of an enamel finished housing containing the motor with an eccentric drive to a rubber buffer on the top. The tube is held against the vibrating buffer and the intensity of agitation is controlled by varying the position in which the tube is held. The thyristorised speed controller enables adjustment of degree of oscillations. The unit operates on 220V AC 50Hz.
