SAMYAK Double Quartz Distillation Units are manufactured from fused quartz tubes. The exceptionally high chemical purity and very low solubility of this material enables the production of very high performance system.

The unit consists of Primary Boiler with built in heater. The Secondary Boiler with condenser is mounted on the Primary Boiler. The Double wall condenser ensures separate condensation of vapor coming from the two boilers using a single cooling circuit. The whole unit is mounted on a stand with easy to connect electrical terminals either to mains or Cut-Off Device.

Economically priced water still designed for safe operation, minimum maintenance and easy cleaning. It produces up to 4 ltrs/hr of quality distillated water. This unit comprises of a borosilicate glass boiler and a high efficiency coil condenser to ensure a cool distillate.

The 3 kW chromium plated heater is fitted with a thermal cut-out to protect the still in the event of water failure. A metal stand allows the still to be either wall or bench mounting.

These water stills are carefully designed to produce high purity pyrogen free distilled water. The unit comprises of a borosilicate glass horizontal type boiler, condenser, constant level device, Silica sheathed heaters along with stands and clamps. All parts are replaceable. Unit is supplied without cut off device shown in picture.

Wall mounting, the Manesty still has been designed for continuous automatic and efficient production of high quality distilled water at minimum cost.

The boiling chamber, condenser pipe, tube assembly and inner baffles are made of stainless steel. All electric elements are fitted with protective cut-outs. Supplied complete with brackets for wall mounting and leads with plugs.

SAMYAK Mono Quartz Distillers being compact and the construction material being high purity quartz, it meets the standards of the analytical laboratory where purity of distilled water, free from metallic ions and bacteria is criteria.

The boiler is made of high purity quartz and the condenser is of Borosilicate Glass. The built in coil heater provides for minimum loss of heat and production of distilled water in 2-3 minutes. The unit is mounted on a powder coated metal stand with electrical connections and is easy to dismantle and assemble the unit.

The water softener works on Ion Exchange principle and is used along with Quartz or Glass Distillers. The water softener prevents accumulation of sludge (i.e. deposits of Calcium and Magnesium salts) which renders hardness to water. The tap water is fed at the inlet, and the softened water is drawn at the outlet. The softened water is fed into the boiler of the distillation unit. The unit can be recharged again with a saturated solution of Sodium Chloride. The unit delivers approximately 1000 ltrs of soft water for one cycle of regeneration.

During regeneration 20 Ltrs. of Sodium Chloride solution is passed through the water softener slowly for a period of one hour.
